PLACING AN ORDER
If you know what you are looking for, starting shopping by clicking on the product category links such as Tops, Dresses, Bottoms etc. You may also shop our latest arrivals through the NEW IN category link.
Once you have seen something you like, click on the”Add to Cart” button. You may continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. You can then review your items by clicking on”Shopping Cart” located at the top right section of the screen.
If you are happy with the items in your shopping bag, click on”Checkout” to complete your order
CHECKING OUT
Step: One
Enter your delivery and billing addresses. Please ensure that all fills are entered correctly.
Step:Two
If you have a discount code, enter the code and click on the”Apply Discount” button, else leave it empty
Step: Three
To complete your order, simply select your preferred payment method and click on the”PLACE ORDER ” button.Upon completion, you will be issued an order number and receive a confirmation email with an order summary.Please note for Internet Banking and ATM Bank Transfers, payment must be completed and notified to us within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
INDIA– We accept Internet Banking, ATM Bank Transfers, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover payments. For Internet Banking and ATM transactions, please ensure that payment must be made and notified to us within 24 hours after the issue of the order invoice. Orders will be automatically cancelled without prior notice if payment is not received within the stipulated timeframe. For ATM users, you will be required to upload a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt at the payment update page.
INTERNATIONAL– We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover payment options.
BACKORDERS
Backordered merchandise cannot be shipped at the time an order is placed, but will ship at a later date. The expected arrival date is listed on the product page. Please keep in mind that the arrival date is an estimated time frame and is subject to change. To check backorder status, click here. For domestic orders, the in-stock item will ship as soon as your payment is verified. Once the backorder shipment reaches our warehouse, it will be dispatched promptly. However, for international orders, all purchases will only ship after we have consolidated both your in-stock and backorder items.
